HS7W's first own concerts were full of cuteness and genkiness!! After opening, HS7W came out from under the stage in line with Yuma in center, Kami-chan and Ryusei, Shige and Takemoto, Shingaki and Kotakki as shinme. This is the basic formation of the unit. The concert started with Aoi Kisetsu and went on with their first original song Dial up, Kodoku na soldier that Yuma performed on Summary, Senpai hit medley and so on. I forgot to write about the stick dance. After Yuma made Ryusei and Shige appear by the illusion, these three went up on the center platform stage and danced using a gold stick. That was so cool and sexy. After the senpai hit medley, they had a short MC, which was their first solo MC in their first own concert. Usually their senpais talk mosly for MC in kanju con but this time they had to talk themselves. I was a bit worried about how they would handle the MC themselves(^_^;) At first they kept saying atsui (hot) atsui atsui and they said they were very nervous before the concert started but they were enjoying themselves a lot on stage. This first MC was a bit immature in the first concert but very cute and got better in the subsequent concerts(^_^) Before the skit started, they told us to be very indulgent while watching the skit(^_^;)
The skit was very cute and lovely and funny as I wrote in the previous report. The story was based on Momo Taro and Yuma appeared saying "I am Nakayama Yuma, as Momo Taro of the Heisei era!!" and fans went kyaaaaaaaaaaaa(^_^;) I think he was wearing black pants, white shirt, and white pretty vest. Junta-kun appeared as the oni wearing a big afro wig and caught Shige and Gakki. After Yuma became friends with Takemoto, Ryusei, Kami-chan, and Kotakki by showing his cutest shakure face, they all headed to beat Junta-kun and save Shige and Gakki. As I wrote before, Junta-kun told them he would free these two if they clear some tests. I wrote the first test was rope jumping but I was wrong!! Before the rope jumping, they had some other tests such as common sense test, English spelling test, and intro quiz, and Shige got freed. Then they had the rope jumping to show Junta-kun HS7W being united and finally Gakki got freed and Junta-kun became a good person at the end(^_^;) I totally got my memories mixed up(^_^;) Anyway the skit was cute and adorable and kawaii. I remembered that for English spelling test, they were told to spell a week in English. They were standing in the order Yuma -> Takemoto -> Ryusei -> Kami-chan -> Kotakki, so Ryusei looked like saying "Oh no... me Wednesday...", and as expected he spelled Wednesday wrong XD He looked so cute when answeing it XD And Kami-chan told Wednesday should be memorized as Wedonesudei (totally Japanese pronunciation) and I agreed with him. I always remember the word that way(^_^;) Ryusei was funny and cute also when he got wrong for the common sense test. When Junta-kun asked which hospital Junta-kun was born in, Ryusei answered Hokkaido? 工エエェェ(´Д｀)ェェエエ工 Hokkaido is one of the prefectures in Japan, not a hospital XD He's such a tennen (natural?)... For the last rope jumping, they had to do something for penalty if they failed to jump. As I said before, Yuma did the impersonation of Sakana-kun which was so darn cute and funny. Gakki failed a few times, and every time he failed, he impersonated some unknown (to us) baseball players and we fans got kinda puzzled cos we didn't know those players XD He's maniac(^_^;) Kotakki impersonated Dylan Mackay in the skit, precisely he did the impersonation of the Japanese comedian who always impersonates Dylan Mackay in 90210. He was very good and adorable, he kept being Dylan even when he was doing the tests XD Sooo cute XD Kami-chan was really good at Johnny's intro quiz. He raised his hand the moment the intros were played. He was amazing and is totally a janiota (Johnny's otaku) XD When those 7 members were jumping rope, Kami-chan was the first one to jump so he had to jump a lot more than the other members but he rarely (never?) failed. He looked so exhaused though XD He's good at anything. The skit ended happily with the song Yuki 100% and they went on to the second MC with Junta-kun.
Junta-kun told that he had been asked to be on the stage by HS7W to support them but he said everyone was doing great in the con so they didn't need him anymore. And they talked about how they felt about their first own concerts, how they made the setlist themselves and so on. I think the MC was mostly done by Kami-chan, Yuma, and Junta-kun. Those three mainly spoke and the others spoke sometimes. Kami-chan always tried to lead the group by talking to each member. At first Ryusei didn't know what to talk and he was totally speechless(^_^;) But everyone got better with each concert and tried to talk as much as they could. They were asked what they do off stage, and Shige and Ryusei were disclosed they still do card games (Yugi-oh?) that usually children do(^_^;) They also do online games and stuff. It seems like they're gamers(^_^;) I heard Gakki reads manga with his head on Yuma's tummy?!?! I'm jealous of Gakki XD They talked about their heights too. Ryusei and Kotakki compared heights and Ryusei was still a bit taller than Kotakki and he looked happy(^_^;) Ryusei is about 176cm tall while Kotakki is 172 or 173cm. Fyi Kotakki is still in elementary school and three years younger than Ryusei(^_^;) Yuma said Kotakki was as tall as Yuma when he first met Kotakki but not anymore(^_^;) I think Yuma said he's 168cm now. He once said in a magazine he wants to be about 179cm. I don't want him to be that tall(^_^;) Junta-kun asked who is most popular among girls in school or something like that. Some said Ryusei must be popular cos he's kakkoii, but Ryusei denied it cos he's always sleeping in class(^_^;) Ryusei looks really kakkoii, more in person. If Yuma wasn't there, I wanted to keep watching Ryusei XD
MC ended and Little Gangs started singing Will be all right. Little Gangs performed a lot in this concert!! The unit consists of an older group and a younger group. The older one includes Napa, Kusumoto, Backes, and Goku, while the younger one includes Koji, Jo, Okazaki, Tatsuta-kun, and Koja. They did so good!! They all sang Will be all right together, and the older group backdanced for the next song Moments by Junta-kun adultly at first and the younger group joined it at the end of the song. Moments is such a cool and sexy song and Junta-kun kinda reminded me of Ko-chan. I know he respects Ko-chan(^_^) Kami-chan sang a ballad song Niji iro no uta solo. I always get impressed by his singing. He was really good as always. Kami-chan and Ryusei started dancing hard and singing Over Drive. I didn't know the title of the song and found later it's a V6 song!! It's a very cool song with rap parts, and Kami-chan and Ryusei performed it so good and cool in a silver sparkly costume. Then they took off the silver coat and put on a mask and danced in a red costume. This dance part with lots of juniors in masks and red costumes was so cool and exciting. And Teppen was so cute and energetic!! Shige in center, Takemoto, and Gakki performed this song wearing the colorful costumes that TOP Kids used to wear. I think Shige was wearing Ryusei's green costume, Takemoto was wearing Yuma's orange costume, and Gakki was wearing Kami-chan's yellow costume, but not so sure. They looked so adorable and genki and happy(^_^) They were totally shining idols!! I love Teppen dance~~~ ♪Mai agare~ sora takaku~♪ Everyone was dancing in the theater(^_^) I think they chose a good song for this part. Fans got so hyper. Then Kotakki started singing Harukana Yakusoku solo!! The moment he sang ♪Nanana~ sakukana~♪ I got sooo amazed by his high voice(@_@) Then I realized again he's still an elementary school kid(^_^;) Even though he doesn't look so XD His Harukana Yakusoku was cute and lovely even though it's not that kind of song XD He sounded so adorable(^_^) Yuma came to Kotakki and sang Kimi wo omou toki together. I think Yuma was wearing a black and silver prince coat. I never expected Yuma and Kotakki would sing a ballad song together.. totally unexpected and amazing. Yuma sang the song very well and Kotakki's high voice sounded good with Yuma's voice.
Ai Kakumei was incredibly amazingly beautifully awesome(>_<) Yuma did the introduction part of the song, wearing a white suit, red shirt, and white tie with pretty feathers on his right shoulder, then everyone appeared in the same white suit and red shirt with black tie and performed it so awesomely together(>_<) I think the choreography was almost the same as the original one. I really love the song and choreography so I got way too excited when Yuma started Ai Kakumei. The biginning singing part of the song was done by Yuma and was totally amazingly beautiful(@_@) Maybe this part was most exciting for me in the concert. Yuma looked just so beautiful and sang it so beautifully. And the next spoken lines (?) part was also done by Yuma saying "..Girl loves boy kara hajimaru no desu.." Wow he said that line.. I was surprised(^_^;) I think everyone sang and danced in the same way, but not so sure. I had to watch only Yuma in center then(^_^;) Anyway Yuma and the others did the choreography that They Budo and juniors did on Music Station as long as I remember. I mean Yuma wasn't like Takki in the original performance but he was one of them doing the same dance moves, which I love so much. Just imagine Yuma sings that beautiful beginning part of Ai Kakumei wearing the white suit(@_@) He's beyond words. His voice was just so amazing and he looked just so beautiful. Maybe they are too young to perform this song, but they were all very good enough to impress me so much. I wish I could watch it again. HS7W's Ai Kakumei was awesome.
Believe my story and Let's go! Let's go! were so happy and genki with lots of jumps!! As I said before, I loved watching Yuma jumping around the stage XD They all jumped a lot and looked so cute!! Flower for the ending song!! My favorite KinKi song which is so happy and peaceful(^_^) ♪na na na na~♪ Everyone in the theater was singing and waving hands at the end and I was very happy to see all those 7 members sing and smile so happily(^_^) At the end, they all held hands in line and shouted "We are Hey! Say! 7 WEST!!!" I gave them lots of applause and waved a lot before the curtain closed. Fans kept calling them and the curtain opened again and they sang Romantic for encore. Everyone got so high and looked like they were enjoying themselves so much. As the curtain closed, they bent down to wave goodbye to us until the very last moment(^_^)
This is the second time for me to see HS7W of those 7 members. The first time was the Osaka Gaisen Concert where I thought HS7W was a very good and well balanced unit. This time in the Unit Concert I saw three concerts in total. The more concerts they had, the better they got. And I think this unit concert made each character more obvious. Yuma as sweet star, main, center of Hey! Say! 7 WEST w/Yuma, Kami-chan as leader, talker, janiota, Ryusei as kakkoii, tennen, tallest, Shige as oldest, genki, possibly second leader, Takemoto as boke, funny, Gakki as smallest, baseball ota, and Kotakki as youngest, adorable. They all looked so happy and genki together which made me love the unit more. It wasn't like Yuma with HS7W concerts but more like HS7W's concerts. I never ever want Yuma to debut solo in the future. I really hope he'll debut in a group where he can be happy being together with. I think those 7 members have been getting along very well and look so good together. I hope they will debut together someday(^_^) And I want to see their own concerts again!! Please Johnny-san onegaishimasu!! HS7W's concerts were totally the cutest I've ever seen and I really enjoyed their concerts so much!!!
